RUSK CHAAT
This is Rusk Chaat,so simple and chatpata.We can make it more healthy by adding in it ,sprouted green gram,boiled potatoes and anything you like.
INGREDIENTS :
- 5 pieces Rusk
- 1 Cup whisked curd
- 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup green chutney
- 1 tablespoon roasted coriander+cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- white salt to taste
- 1 onion finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon sev bhujia
METHOD :
- Cut all the rusk pieces into small pieces
- Arrange all the rusk pieces in serving dish
- Then pour the whisked curd over it , then topped with tamarind and green chutney
- Then add sliced onion and chopped green chillies
- Now sprinkle roasted powdered masalas and both salt
- Finally,top the Rusk Chaat with sev bhujia and fresh coriander.
SERVE IMMEDIATELY- FOR CRISPY CHAAT
