RUSK CHAAT

This is Rusk Chaat,so simple and chatpata.We can make it more healthy by adding in it ,sprouted green gram,boiled potatoes and anything you like.

INGREDIENTS  :

  • 5  pieces RuskRusk Chaat
  • 1  Cup whisked curd
  • 1/2 cup sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup green chutney
  • 1 tablespoon roasted coriander+cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • white salt to taste
  • 1 onion finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon sev bhujia

    METHOD  :

  • Cut all the rusk pieces into small pieces
  • Arrange all the rusk pieces in serving dish
  • Then pour the whisked curd over it , then topped with tamarind and green chutney
  • Then add sliced onion and chopped green chillies
  • Now sprinkle roasted powdered masalas and both salt
  • Finally,top the Rusk Chaat with sev bhujia and fresh coriander.

SERVE IMMEDIATELY- FOR CRISPY CHAAT
