OAT’S CHANA KACHRI
Kachri is traditional old dish from eastern part of India and people enjoy this dish during rainy season and winter season. With adding of OAT the dish is become more healthy and crispy. You can enjoy with Ginger tea.
Ingredients
- Oats 4 table spoon
- channa dal 250gms
- onion 1 sliced
- ginger 1 inch
- garlic 8 flakes
- green chilly 3-4
- coriander leaves(chopped) 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- red chilly powder 1 tbsp
- coriander 1 tea spoon
- cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- mustard oil for frying.
Method
Wash and soak chana dal overnight.grind it into a coarse paste using little water.mix all the ingredients to the dal paste except chopped coriander leaves. make a small(wadi)shape of this dal paste and deep fry till golden brown. Arrange in Glass plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. serve hot with coriander chutney.
