Kalakand ,a dessert is easy and perfect sweet dish. Its tastes is very delicious with its crumble texture.It can be eaisily make at home to celebrate festive occasion

INGREDIENTS  :

  • 400 grams paneer
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk4 table spoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios(soaked)

METHOD  :

  • Grate paneer and mix with condensed milk
  • Now heat the thick bottomed pan and pour the mixture in it
  • Add the paneer and condensed milk mixture in the pan and stir continiously on medium heat
  • When mixture become little thick then turn off the flame ,add cardamom powder
  • Grease the plate with pure ghee and transfer the hot kalakand mixture into the plate and spread into 1 inch thickness and level quickly with spatula
  • Then spread chopped pistachios and level again,let it be cool and after 1 hour cut into square pieces
  • SERVE TO DEAR ONE ON THE SPECIAL OCCASION
