PALAK CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Palak cheese stuffed Mushrooms are very delious snacks . Palak and Mushrooms both have great nutritional contents . Mushrooms contain protein, vitamins , minerals, and antioxidants . These can have various health benefits. Moreover, fresh spinach is a rich source of magnesium, iron, Vitamin, folic acid and calcium.
INGREDIENTS
- Mushrooms -20 Pc of same size
- Spinach – 2 Cups (Chopped)
- Garlic – 2 tbsp (Chopped)
- Black pepper Powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cheese 4 tbsp(GRATED)
- Olive oil -1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread Crumbs 1 Cup
- Multi pupose flour- 1/2 Cup
- Tooth pick or small skewers
METHOD
- Wash and clean the Mashrooms
- Pat it dry with kitchen towel or an on absorbent paper
- Break the each stalk from the Mashrooms
- In a hot pan dry roast Mashrooms
- Heat olive oil in a pan ,add chopped garlic and saute.
- Then add chopped spinach,salt and,saute till water evaporates from spinach or mixture is dried.Turn of the flame.
- Now add grated cheese, black pepper and red chilly powder.Remove mixture from the pan.
- In the same pan add butter and 2 tbsp maida and mix well.
- Add this to the spinach mixture.Stuffing is ready.
- Take the Mashrooms,now place the stuffing in Mashroom cap.
- Thread 2 stuffed mashrooms with prepared stuffings with toothpick or small skewers
- Make a thick batter using flour,salt and water
- Take dry flour in a plate,batter and bread crumbs.
- Roll the prepared Mashrooms in flour,then dip in the batter and then coat in the bread crumbs.Now deep fry in the oil.
- Remove and keep in the absorbent paper.Cut into halfs.
- Serve hot with spinach cheese yougurt dip.
- Yougurt cheese dip is made from leftover spinach mixture by adding salt and chilli flakes.
