MASALA URAD KI WADI
Masala Urad ki wadi is prepared form Urad dal is very tasty, and can beat the taste of market .Few spices used along Urad dal to make this masala Urad dal wadi very tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ Kg Urad Dal
- 1” Hing or 1 tbsp Hing powder
- Dry Masala
- 2 Tbsp Cummins Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Sahi Jeera
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Khas- Khas
- 8-10 Black cardamom
- 8-10 green cardamom
- 2 Phool Javitri (Mace)
- 1 Tbsp Dagar na phool / Pathar ka phool
- 1 Pcs Nutmeg
- Green Masala Mixture
- 250 Gms Ginger
- 500 gms green chilly or Mix with Red chili
- Whole Masala
- 250 gms Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp jeera
- 1 tbsp saunf
- 1 tbsp kalonji
- 1 tbsp Methi
- 1 Tbsp Black Mustard seeds
METHOD:
- Soak Hing in 2-3 tbsp water .
- Rinse Urad dal in fresh water and soak for 8-10 hrs. Paste the urad dal in grinder without water or with 2-3 tbsp water so that Paste is thicker.
- Now in grinder grind all dry masala.
- Now grind Green masala .
- Mix green masala in Urad dal paste and add Hing solution. Add Dry masala and then add whole masala.
- Mix whole thoroughly and make small wadi on Cloth in Sun
