METHOD:- (For Butter Masala)

Step 1 Heat the  oil in this pan. Put Bay leaf and brown cardamom. add onion and sauté till it gets light golden. Now add tomatoes and sauté occasionally.  When tomato become little tender, add coriander, turmeric and tomato sauce. Saute for 5 minutes, then keep this mixture for cooling.

Step-2 When this mixture gets cool, take out Bay leaf and make a paste of this mixture.

Step-3 Heat the Kadahi/Pan  and put this paste and saute.  Stir properly add garam masala and Kasuri methi so that  mix well with this paste. Add some water (2 ½ cup) and Kashmiri mirch also. When boiling starts keep the flame on sim and add Kofta  and turn off the flame. Kofta is very soft so  it might break and become meshy so we should avoid to boil kofta in curry.

After 3 minutes garnish with  fresh cream serve hot.
